Organize your ToDo list
In TheBizio, you may arrange your to-do list. To ensure that everyone understand new tasks' requirements, due dates, each ToDo item includes descriptions, attachments, assignees, and due dates. ToDo Groups help you organise related activities and sort large project task lists by date and assignee. Access everything you need to do for the day in My Tasks. With My Tasks, you can view project tasks assigned to you and create private tasks just for you, so nothing slips through the cracks. Also users can create sub ToDo items to manage the break down of a larger effort.
Share, Assign and Comment on ToDo with other users
TheBizio ToDo provides options to share the ToDo items with other Bizio users. On work items that require group activity, the sharing feature will help to involve more people and provide common instruction to all the participants. Also for some process based workloads, ToDo work items can be assigned to other users where only the assigned user perform the required activity. Additionally, users can provide comments on the ToDo item and discuss more actively with the conversations from different users.
Monitor and Track Progress of the Todo items
TheBizio Todo provides a very intuitive dashboard with accurate summary of the work items with their status and progress. Each ToDo item has a status and percentage completion which enables users to not only organize the work but also track the progress. ToDo items are tracked at the top level with all the sub ToDo work consolidated for the user to determine the overall completion of the work item. Users will be notified on the status change with progress details on the task.
